Hotel a Jeffersonville - Clarksville

“Booked on Expedia. Front counter staff could see but not access reservation. Made a new reservation with counter staff on the spot— she was apparently new and very confused. We were fully charged for both reservations—- 1 person, 1 night, 2 rooms, $300+. When we received our credits card statement, we tried to dispute through Expedia and the hotel denied the dispute.”

“I booked this through Expedia but then was also charged TWICE by the hotel for one night. The person who checked me in was confused and he charged me once and I asked him to reverse it. He claimed he did but the next morning I showed two charges for the stay (again I had already paid Expedia). The hotel is now looking into the matter. Also I was surprised to find that although Expedia charged me $40 more than the hotel would have charged me if I booked directly. I had assumed incorrectly that...

“We checked in late after driving 450 miles. Quiet location. Well maintained. Friendly staff. Great experience all around.”

“The room was nasty. It smelled like mildew. The sheets and blankets were stained. There was a slug crawling on the wall, ants and heavy cobwebs by the curtains, both sides and in the middle. There was what looked like black mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.”

“We stayed 2 nights while we were attending National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville-we were apprehensive at first since we had our 3 kids with us, however the hotel was perfect and our kids had a great time in the pool. My husband and I would love to come back again for an adult trip to utilize the casino and other amenities.”

“My room was clean over all when I arrived except they didnt put a new trash bag in the bathroom Still had a beer can from the last occupants. The heat/cool unit was flashing 24/7 red and blue lights. It was distracting to sleep, I put shoes over the vents, to cover the flashing lights.I slept well after that. I give it a 4.5 of 5 stars. Minor oversight. But like I said overall stay was excellent.”

“I booked the room to have a weekend with my children. I specifically went there because they had a pool. When I made the reservation, nothing was said to me. When I went in to check in, there was a sign that the pool was closed for inspection. I brought it up to the lady and she was very short with me and made me feel uncomfortable. I did not feel like I could ask to switch hotels due to the awkwardness of the conversation.”
