“The rooms was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. I also liked that the property backed up to a wooded area so you didn't have to deal with noise and glaring neon signs. I stayed for three nights and the problems listed below didn't occur until the third day and I didn't register a complaint with the management because I didn't want to have to repack everything to move to another room for the last night. One problem was the AC was cooling but I had to keep turning the thermostat...

“This is my preferred hotel when travelling to the Louisville area. You will not find a better hotel in this price range. Also it is just 5-10 minutes across the bridge to downtown Louisville. Clean, nice rooms, quiet and safe.”

“When I booked, there was no indication that the property would be undergoing renovation work. When I got there, Reno work was heavily underway. From approximately 9am until 6pm every day, there was drilling or scraping, tools dropped, drywall and other debris taken down the elevator all day long. The workers were very kind and apologized when they noticed us waiting. Breakfast was a typical buffet style but always presented nicely. The area was very clean.
